Robin Schmahl
Attorney-at-law, specialized attorney for labor law and specialized attorney for insolvency law
Mr. Schmahl completed an apprenticeship in business and then went on to study law in Münster.
After working in business, he was employed at a tax accountant firm before moving on to ATN in 2005.
He has been a partner since 2009.
Mr. Schmahl mainly advises clients on business law. He is a specialized attorney for labor and insolvency law and is also a member of various committees dealing in both of these fields. Furthermore, he has been a court appointed insolvency administrator at various courts of law since 2009.
Attorney Schmahl is a member of the Solingen Attorneys´ Association (Solinger Anwaltsvereins) and is also a member of the Young Businesspersons Association in Wuppertal (Wuppertaler Wirtschaftsjunioren e. V.)
