Ignacio Ordejón Zuckermaier

In his pursuits as a qualified attorney-at-law since 1995, he has made collective labor law and individual labor law as well as commercial agent and distribution law his chief points of focus.
Ignacio Ordejón Zuckermaier collaborated on the designing and drafting of the “Selective Distribution Contract“(2004) as a member of the Commission on Commercial Law and Practice of the International Chamber of Commerce “Task Force on Agency and Distributorship”.
In early 2015, after having worked as a partner at a mid-sized business-oriented law firm in Düsseldorf for 16 years, he made a career change and began working at ATN in their Ratingen office.
As a native Spanish speaker, he is also concerned with business and economic issues in the German-Spanish sector. Over the last few years, he has held various lecture series in Spain about forms of distribution in Germany, i.e. at Foment Nacional del Traball, Barcelona in April 2013 on: “Access to the German Market – the legal framework” – “Zugang zum deutschen Markt – Rechtlicher Rahmen” and at the Chamber of Commerce La Rioja in Logroño in 2009 he spoke about “Types of Distribution in Germany” – “Vertriebsformen in Deutschland”. In 2005, he took over the supervision and start-up consultancy for Spanish businesses in Germany.
He is a board member of the Deutsch-Spanischen-Juristenvereinigung (DSJV-AHAJ) (German-Spanish Attorneys´ Association).
