Anke Ortmann

Attorney Ortmann began her law studies at the Rheinischen Friedrich-Wilhelm-University in Bonn in 1993 after successfully completing her final secondary-school examinations. She passed the first state law examination in 1998.
Directly afterward, she began her articled clerkship at the Regional and District Courts in Wuppertal and finished her law studies with the successful completion of the second state law examination in 2001.
In the years that followed, Ms. Ortmann predominantly devoted her time and efforts to raising her children, yet at the same time she was employed by the regional base ball club, where she worked as much as her time allowed.
In early 2008, Ms. Ortmann, attorney at law, decided to return to the law and began looking for law firms specializing in insolvency law – the field relevant to her own. Currently, she is actively working on numerous consumer as well as company insolvencies.
