22. June 2026Paul Wolff Group Acquires Siebau Raumsysteme GmbH & Co. KG
Siebau Raumsysteme GmbH & Co. KG will in future be continued by a company of the Paul Wolff Group from Mönchengladbach. With the acquisition, the future of the company and the Kreuztal site has been secured.
For many years, Siebau has been one of the established providers of room systems, carports, canopies, enclosures, garden sheds and garages. The Paul Wolff Group develops and manufactures high-quality solutions for the housing industry, municipalities and public-sector clients, particularly in the areas of waste disposal systems, bicycle parking systems, cemetery systems, and urban and neighbourhood equipment.
The merger of the two companies creates a strategically meaningful addition to their respective product and market areas. Customers will in future benefit from an expanded range of services, combined market expertise and the combination of many years of experience from both companies.
With the acquisition, a traditional industrial site in Kreuztal will be preserved. The new owner plans to gradually develop the company further, expand its existing market positions and sustainably strengthen the future viability of the site.
The entire M&A process was coordinated and supported by the M&A agency team at CVM. The structured and solution-oriented cooperation of all parties involved led to a future-oriented continuation solution for Siebau.
“We are very pleased to have found a strong and long-term-oriented investor in the Paul Wolff Group. The companies complement each other to a high degree, both in terms of their products and their corporate philosophy. This has created a solid foundation for the sustainable continuation and further development of the company,” explains insolvency administrator Thorsten Kapitza of ATN Rechtsanwälte.
“Siebau has strong products, long-standing customer relationships and dedicated employees. We see this as a very good basis for jointly developing the company further. Our goal is to secure the Kreuztal site for the long term and to continue Siebau as a reliable partner for customers and business partners. At the same time, we want to use the strengths of both companies to open up new opportunities for customers, employees and the site,” says Dr Hanns Menzel, Managing Partner of the Paul Wolff Group.
For customers, suppliers and business partners, Siebau will remain a reliable point of contact in the future. Business operations will continue without interruption.
