Florian Voß

Mr Florian Voß, LL.M., studied law at the University of Trier and at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn and then deepened his knowledge in the specialisation area at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum. He joined the ATN team during his studies and gained valuable practical experience. He completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Wuppertal; after successfully passing his second state law examination in 2022, he was admitted to the bar and seamlessly joined our law firm. He subsequently obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in commercial and labour law from the FernUniversität in Hagen.
He specialises in insolvency, commercial and labour law. With a balanced combination of sound theory and practice-oriented solutions, Mr Voß advises and represents clients personally at our offices in Remscheid and Cologne.
