Carlota Olaegui Desongles
Spanish solicitor
Carlota Olaegui is part of ATN´s Spanish Desk as a bilingual lawyer fluent in German, a skill she developed at the German School of Seville.
She holds a Law Degree from Loyola University of Seville (2022) and completed a Master´s in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at Carlos III University of Madrid which allowed her to broaden her legal perspective. She subsequently completed the Master´s in Legal Practice (Access to the Bar) in Madrid.
During her training, she gained experience in international law firms in Seville, Madrid and Düsseldorf, working in areas such as commercial and insolvency law, real estate and cross-border succession, always within a Spanish – German context.
After passing the Spanish Bar Examination, she joined ATN. She currently advises Spanish companies in the German market, particularly on labor and commercial law matters, providing close, bilingual support at every stage of their operations.
