Annerose Lutz, M.E.S.
Attorney-at-law
Annerose Lutz studied law at the University of Münster. Due to her enthusiasm for commercial law and foreign languages, she completed the interdisciplinary Master’s programme ‘Master of European Studies’ at the European College of the University of Hamburg after passing her first state law examination and gained practical experience at the German Embassy in Brussels. Ms Lutz completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Wuppertal in 2004 with her second state law examination and was admitted to the bar in Düsseldorf in the same year.
In the following years, Ms Lutz gained insights into corporate management processes and commercial expertise through her work in various internationally oriented commercial enterprises.
As part of ATN’s team of experts, her work focuses on corporate and insolvency law.
Ms Lutz attaches great importance to providing clear, structured and comprehensible advice. At the Wuppertal and Münster offices, she is also happy to assist her clients in English if required.
